"My first visit to this Vet Surgery this week and really impressed with it. It's far superior to another practice in Cwmbran that I transferred from. Warm, welcoming staff at a clean, well laid out, professional looking reception area with lots of information about the staff, animal health, advice etc. on display and 2 seating sections that enables nervous pets to be out of view of others if they need to be. There is more than one vet working at a time. I saw Laura, who is lovely and was very caring towards my pet. She diagnosed and solved our problem quickly and the charges were less than I've been used to. They are able to deal with my pet insurers directly at the time of payment too, making any claim much easier and quicker for me. It's a little further for me to travel but so worth it. The only downside is that parking space is limited, like all of Pontnewydd, but that's not a reflection on the surgery. Highly recommended."
