"Really unhappy with the service I received yesterday. Paid £122 for an emergency appointment for my kitten, to be told to come back the next day as he’ll need a operation. I returned the next day at 10am, my kitten was only seen to at 4PM, which means he was starved all day. I get a call saying that they’ve made a mistake and it wasn’t what they thought it was and had put my cat under anaesthetic for no reason. I then had to pay £220 for them doing nothing as it was a bee sting."

"Massive store, all types of pet food, snacks & toys are on display here. Plenty of parking spaces available. Pet problems are diagnosed quickly & efficiently; an enjoyable experience in as much as it can be, will be a return customer for sure."

"Love this place. The vets all take interest in my rats, which I appreciate is not necessarily an animal that everybody is keen to deal with. They have all been lovely and all explained their past experience with rats (personal and professional). I feel really confident that my rats are treated just as well as any other pet. Previously, one of the vets offered to waive my emergency fee because I had taken two trains to get over that day, which I was endlessly grateful for. They were kind, collected and really helpful. They had a genuine interest in them, asking about their lives etc, which made me feel really satisfied with the girls being registered with them."
