From their responsiveness, customer service and pricing everything has been amazing. Without fail, each time the washing smells amazing and it's always collected/delivered in a timely manner. A special shout-out to Sharon. She is the delivery/collection driver for Brooke's and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a wonderful conversation. She is a genuine asset to the company and I feel she has a big part to play in why Brooke's service is so amazing and consistent.
