They not only took the time to issue photos but also cat tested my dogs reaction prior collection so i knew what to expect and what to have in place for when we brought him home. We were very grateful for the care and help given. He wasnt just another dog in their kennels, he was respected as a member of our family before he had even been collected by us."

Donny has been staying with them for the last 10 years and he is never unhappy about going in fact some times he is so excited about going we don't even get a goodbye."
