"I purchased a gold ring 4 months ago, and I realised I was sold a silver ring spray painted gold. The gold colour is rubbing off on the top half of the ring (and the ring has never been in contact with water), and the bottom half looks like they took it from an old ring and attached it to the ring I brought The quality of the ring looks so cheap, I would advice anyone not to purchase from this store."

"Very bad for ear piercing!! Went there for my baby ear pierce and asked us to mark it by self. Later I asked to check but the man told he will do it when do the piercing. Baby was crying after first ear done, he didn’t wait me to hold properly, did the second ear and the hole is way lower than the marked place. When we asked he told it will be okay later but I know if she wear a little big earrings, one earring going out of the ear. So had to take off the earring and let it to heal and redo it later. So annoying. They should be responsible and check before do!! Because came here for the second child it was good at first time with some other man, (I got a picture from the first time he did it) honestly he was so careful and friendly two years back.he had more time for us to finish his job correctly! But want to mention it was not the same man who did this time and My child is only 6 months, don’t want to lie here. This time he is not professional as the first time and he doesn’t even care anyone else!!"

"The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. Avoid! Money isn’t everything, try making the customer service better, and treating people with respect. Went to get a birthday gift but was left insulted by the owner. Asked for a breakdown of the price quoted and he created a fuss. Been shopping at other jewellers for years but never been treated like this. We go to spend a hefty amount of money so least you expect is a bit of respect. Will not go again."
