I met Neil , who explained what was happing to me , And talked me through how he could help me recover from the dark place I was at. And giving me the tools i needed to put in place before we started i wasn't sure I believed him at the time , But he seemed kind and genuine, So i gave it a go, my mood lifted after the first treatment . and i slowly recovered. "EMDR went well my flashbacks and intrusive images reduced a lot. ( would have given 4 or 5 stars) when treatment was coming to an end I was pushed into a treatment I was clear I didn’t want to do and feared would break me. I trusted my therapist. I returned suicidal for the first time in my life and my therapist was indifferent, unhelpful, condescending and ended treatment. After months of no sleep pattern, constant crisis and relying on the Samaratians everyday. I saw an EMDR therapist as a last resort who saved my life from the retraumazing Neil caused me.
