"Called into the other jewellers in Cleckheaton and asked if he would measure my 13 year old daughters finger as a friend was buying her a ring for her birthday and needed her size. He wouldn't do it said we had to choose a ring from his shop first!! Ridiculous. Meanwhile we called to Hirst and Allen told the lady our dilemma and she was more than willing to help. Such a lovely lady and very chatty too. I also gave her an antique ring to fix of which has peridots missing and the rose gold needs cleaning. Shame on the other jewellers, lost a customer with his ignorance"
