"If I could give this place no stars, I would. I have never in my life come across a ruder receptionist. I needed to enrol temporarily at the GP surgery and just wanted to check whether my application had been accepted. Instead I was merely dismissed and told that ‘if I want to enrol I should enrol fully’. No regard for the fact that I was worried about something urgent. It seems so ironic to me that in a profession where the main principle is to help and nurture people is managed by someone who has no emotional intelligence what so ever."

"Visited surgery on Wednesday for Pneumonia injection. After a discussion and several questions was referred for a health check/diabetes assessment. Thursday's appointment picked up I have diabetes.Tests and treatment are now on going. Thank you to nurses for being so efficient. Thumbs up to the NHS Thank you to all concerned."

The receptionists are consistently lovely, either in person or on the phone. My phone calls and emails are answered so quickly, it’s shocking really! I have lived in plenty of places and I have never had such pleasant experiences with a medical centre."
