"I’ve tried a couple of councillors/therapists over the years, and never really felt I have got what I was needing. However after just two sessions I’ve already made huge progress with Lyndsey, after just the first hour I felt as though a weight had been lifted. Lyndsey is a really warm and open person which in turn helped me feel confident enough to open up to her. I also think it’s great how it feels more of a conversation rather than me talking to someone who is busy making notes and giving me stock responses. We have time to laugh too which is refreshing - it feels less ‘official’ that way - and let’s face it life can be funny! I will continue to see Lyndsey regularly as we work together to re-set my core beliefs and I’m already feeling the benefits of a few sessions.
