"Our puppy had his first groom today. We were a little haprehensive but we needn't have been. Jade and Sam reassured us on arriving and Told us what they were going to do. He came out all fluffy and smelling lovely. The girls were really informative, helpful and friendly and have done a lovely groom. Really pleased and will be returning for future grooming. Only one thing, and it is only my personal preference, it is cash only and I don't do cash. So just something to note. Thank you girls one very happy customer."

After a disaster dog grooming experience at another place in Otley I won't mention, who scalped our dog without asking, I have always used one that comes to our house but could not fit us in and has 3 month waiting list. We were recommended Tailored by a Dog walker and so happy we found them! They did an amazing job on our Show Cocker and I will definitely be going back. Very professional and good knowledge of Cockers. 100% recommend. I believe they even groom dogs ready for shows!"

As it was his first time to the salon we were asked all the questions about his health and history which is very reassuring and professional. We cannot praise the team enough as he looks fantastic and when we can actually get button to sit still for a photo we will upload it to show how good a job they do for our boy."
