"Been on hold to this company three times, 20 mins 45 mins and finally got through after another 60 minute wait, can't download claim form from website as booked through AA, customer service is appalling."

"I had my car sent to their repairers an Ml 270 CDI. The said it was uneconomical to repair at £3200. Refused to accept this and brought the car back to my local garage. It was repaired MOTed for less than £1000 There was no structural damage just cracked front bumper. As a cost of £330 for a new merc one."
