"Myself and my sister got our nails done today my sister was cut multiple times and was told her eyebrows “needs tidying up” I was also cut and left with something peeling from around my nails! Would advise everyone to stay away from this place! Wouldn’t of gave any stars but had to, to write the review"

"Went to get my nails and my mums nails done. The lady that did my mums nails was good. However the lady who has done mine have no actual care kept filing down the edges of my nails to the point of them cutting and bleeding. I asked for an acrylic did not even bother fitting the correct size when i mentioned it to her she said its fine i will file it down and Yes! She filed it down to the core until she actually removed the product she already applied! She noticed it but didnt bother applying it again ! Applied gel on top and done! Didnt bother arguing at the shop as i was rushed for time! But definitely not coming back there again!"

"The way they do nails and served customers is unhealthy for the nails they just peels the nail out and didn’t ask if it was okay too . My nails are in pain and bad now from the alcohol they used to remove the gel! They didn’t have the right tools too instead of the clippers they just use a nail scissors to cut the shapes! Don’t not come here"

"Worst customer service! They illegally did my 12 year olds nails without an adult the woman cut her and made a right mess of the nails don’t know how she has a job in this field! She went back to be told by a different girl they are awful come bk tomoz and we will fix them I will leave an attached photo of fixing them. Reported to trading standards absolutely vile woman"

"so me and my friend went in very cheap and they seemed rlly nice in there i showed one of the girls the acrylic nails i wanted she said £28 for them so i said okay. i sat down and she started putting the tips on. and she started filing my nails down and she’s cut my nails made my nails bleed (bare in mind this is a different person who did my nails in the shop) she was rough and she was really rude also my nails are infected where they cut! horrible place do not go there. i asked for coffin they r not even coffin ! the nails are curved and you can still see the tip on the side horrible how she put the acrylic on bumpy.. i asked for a heart they couldn’t even do a heart 100% not worth the money and please do NOT go here not worth the pain and money. very disappointed"
