"I go here because of convenience of its location. I find one of the male workers to be very rude it's not a professional atmosphere at all, there on video calls or like today messing around hitting each like children while doing my nails,talking to each other constantly and you no its about yourself.. they do not like it if you stand up 4 yourself when you want a certain thing done .I've gone 5 times now I'm looking for somewhere else the level of service is dropped dramatically its just a quick in out next person system.. i wouldn't recommend the shop its all so rushed and not an enjoyable experience when you are there"

"I'm was a regular customer and normally quite pleased. However, had a colour change where the old colour wasn't taken off properly and showing end, and under the nail. Went back and chap appeared reluctant to sort. He did but tbh not happy about the attitude, really poor. I need to consider whether I go back, honestly not sure."

"Went a couple of weeks ago no problem, visited again yesterday. He refused to do what I wanted and cut my nails really short after I've spent two months trying to grow them! And then made them square when I'd asked them to be rounded, I asked him to round them again he said no look stupid and laughed and started talking in his home language to the chap next to him who laughed. Then to add insult to injury he charged me £7 more than last time! Will definitely go elsewhere next time! I've filed them round but no doubt the varnish will chip now! :("

"Appalling service and disgraceful attitude of the male technician. Absolutely no customer service. He demanded more than the agreed price and then took my daughters phone until she went to the cash point to get more money. Vile behaviour. We will never return."

"Went here today and got super long acrylics done. The man that did them did an amazing job. The shaping is absolutely perfect. They couldn’t have been shaped any better! They used coloured acrylic powder which looks so seamless and smooth. Couldn’t be happier with my nails. They really are perfect. My mum has been here a few times to have her fingers and toes polished and has been happy with them every time. She has had her eyebrows waxed and tinted here too and she loved them. They looked beautiful and were also shaped perfectly. This will definitely be my new regular place, if you’re thinking of trying here I definitely would recommend!"
