We all know lawyers exploit the uneducated and venerable and I'm afraid to say there was no change here."

I called asking why he hadn't transferred money from my house sale after more than a month after the date of completion. Still haven't received my money and he will not respond to phone calls/emails from my solicitor."

If you are purchasing a freehold or extending the lease from a company called Busymost and they use this firm I would fully recommend asking for a written quote for their legal costs before you begin the process!"
