"I contacted wharfedale practice by phone after Cathie Gibbs was recommended to me. There only seems to be an impersonal mailbox, no way to talk to anyone, I left 2 messages over 4 days before anyone called me back, I called them back the same day but it's now been 5 days since then with no call back. I thought a service that was meant to help people would have been more helpful and supportive. By being so poor they've left me in a worse state of mind not knowing where to try next. If services that are meant to be good ignore you, where else is there. I'd give zero stars if I could."
