"My father has been trying to settle his property for 6 months. Communication is non existent, delay after delay. "Letters are in the post" - delivered after 3 weeks, so obviously haven't been posted. Waiting three weeks to ask my dad a question and then only because my dad contacted them. My father and the buyer are in complete agreement and want to proceed asap, solicitors are just messing around. This is not an isolated case, it's happening to many other people too!!"

"Avoid them.....causing delay in completion .....takes months to check emails provide responses. Personally, one of the worsts I have come across, there are really good firms who get things done on time. I would definately agree with other feedback provided below "Bit too late in the proceedings , and would be too costly to change, so im stuck with them for a while, they don't give enough information ,good advice, or service, even rude attitude, will never voluntarily use them again"..... You do not ask people to delete their feedback, it is for you to take it and improve your service."
