Forest Friends Day Nursery, Canal Basin, Coventry

"Prior to attending Forest Friends, our 3 year old had not been cared for by anyone outside our family. I was very nervous about this big step but staff at Forest Friends were so welcoming and reassuring. We were able to have a tour of the nursery with our daughter and she was then able to gradually build up attending. Staff communication, particularly through the app was very helpful and reassuring. When she had a period where she didn't want to leave me, staff supported both of us through this. I always knew she was having healthy meals whilst there and that all her needs were being met. We would get regular updates regarding the progress she was making in different areas. She also had a lot of fun and was regularly provided opportunities to play and to learn through play, often outside which was great. We highly recommend Forest Friends Nursery. Our daughter was very sad to leave prior to starting reception and still talks about the staff and other children very fondly."
