"First of all food was an 1hr30 late and I recieved no appology for the lateness. I ordered a beef burger and chicken kebab. I recieved a chicken burger and the chicken kebab was pink and under cooked. Called them to inform that my order was incorrect and they said we are aware that the chicken is discoloured as multiple people have complained about this and were adamaent I ordered a chicken burger. NO APOLOGY. They were rude and asked me what I want. I said I want my money back and they said I have to speak to the manager who's "not here!" And ring back the next day! I rang back and same again and still no apology. Absolute waste of time! I would AVOID 100%."
