"I joined with Craig in October 2018, attending strength camp 3 times a week and have loved going ever since. High quality training, where you are taught proper technique rather than just attending classes at a gym. They have the vibe just right here, everyone working hard to achieve their own goals and encouraging each other too - there is no fear of looking silly. I’ve made great friends and have a laugh aswell as working hard each session. It’s honestly one of the best things I’ve done. Alongside their great classes, they offer so much to the community - monthly charity involvement, afternoon tea for over 75s and offering free sessions to local sports teams to name a few. They have honestly got it so right here and it’s a joy to watch it grow and to be a part of what genuinely feels like one big family."
