"Asked for shellac long and got short ones. Had to pay for the short ones. They were pretty but very disappointed. They don't speak to you and I brought in a photo so I don't know what went wrong. Plus it was the hottest day of the year and the heat was streaming in through the window. So I was boiling and she kept making jokes that the shellac wouldn't stick and I told her I want long ones and she didn't listen. Waste of money."

"Longer wait than expected but worth it. £15 for shellac nails which lasted 3 weeks with no signs of wear other than growth. Very happy. Will return. Allow an hour just incase there is a wait - sometimes a lady may start you whilst soaking off someone else's nails then go back to them, so can add to the time you're there."
