"Ordered a six seater taxi for last night - a week ago. Checked during the day and the booking was confirmed. One taxi turned up - not a six seater as booked 15 minutes late and second taxi turned up 40 minutes late with no explanation!! Not impressed!!!"

"I prebooked a taxi to arrive at 5pm. I rang at 5 past to check where they were and was told they were 2 minutes away. They eventually arrived at quarter past - 15 minutes late - didn’t apologise for being late, didn’t know where I wanted to go and didn’t bring a card reader, even though I had asked for one with the booking. Absolutely shocking service and ended up being very late to my reservation as they had to stop off at a cash point so I could get cash out. Stick with Uber."

"I booked a taxi on wednesday at 1.45pm from my home to yeadon morrisons car park. Had no issue but after i was outside the morrisons carpark and booked the taxi via the app for ASAP. Ten mins later i get a text that says that its busy and a taxi will still come. Another ten mins went by and so i decided to look at my app and seen an update that my taxi is cancelled. I called up and asked what had gone wrong. No apology given for the time wasted waiting for something not turning up. To be told the taxi did come. I never saw this taxi when i was literally outside from the time i booked it. The last who i spoke to ordered me another taxi. When i spoke to the taxi driver and explained my story and mentioning that you must be very busy. He replied he wasn't and was waiting for work. Sort yourselves out! Its putting me off using you again if you are going to be unreliable!"

"Booked for airport run, return journey. Early morning start 3.30am - driver arrived spot on time and fare was very reasonable. Same for return journey at 10.30pm. Both drivers were very pleasant and efficient. The office staff are always most helpful, cheerful and efficient when I call to book. This is the third time this year and will definitely use this service for our next holiday."
