"When I first started getting my repeat prescriptions here a year ago they are great . But don’t know what has happened this last month . No one ever answers the phone , so if I have a query I have to come to the store which being disabled is hard work . Don’t know what has happened to this month’s prescription was due 2 weeks ago , been without my meds and painkillers for 2 weeks"

"My advice is not to go here. Evan 1 star is to much. Never known such a slow disorganised place. I waited 60 mins for a prescrption they told me would take 20. The reason why, the pharmacist decided to have her break despite knowing I was waiting, after telling me it would be 20 mins. I would of come back if I had known. This was after waiting 15 mins to be served, whilst the staff stood around talking. It was only because another lady waiting asked if anybody was actully going to serve us, that we got seen."

"Awful, AVOID if you can... I have had years of excellent service. Sadly things have gone downhill since Mel and Angharad left. They were always friendly and helpful. Now it's all new faces. Recently I waited over an hour outside, shop was full. Everyone in front had problems. Either no prescriptions, or not received, or they couldn't find it. Two people even received wrong medicines!! I would seriously avoid them now. It is dangerous and the place is in such a mess. I feel sorry for the staff constantly getting shouted at."
