"Such a welcoming vets! Front staff were amazing, putting my little puppy into a side room to avoid a nervous dog. Guinnie had the best time as she got cooked chicken and liver paste. Photo of her on her way back!"

"Loughton vets looked after my cats so very well for the last 13 years. Sadly a few weeks ago we had to make the tough decision to put one of our cats who was suddenly taken very ill to sleep. The entire team supported us so well through this very very difficult and sad time. Ben the vet was so kind and took a lot of time to explain the options for our pet, when the time came to say goodbye the entire team on shift that day was so very lovely, our very much loved and adored cat had a peaceful, calm and gentle passing and it made all the difference for us in our grief knowing that. Thank you to the lovely team."
