"Sinclair Owen is a piece of work who is rude. I even accommodated for someone else by waiting inside whilst they treated a dog in reception and when I was converstating with him he fails to recognise that the person I was with(The person paying) was hard of hearing hence is the reason why I was speaking. He had this attitude that we were turning down treatment because we viewed it as if he was 'selling' it. Left after the appointment in a horrible state of mind. Rest assure we will never be visiting this branch again and we will be 100% be going back to Kingsbury where we have had excellent service for 10 years. Sinclair Owen is a vile individual who fails to infer anything within a conversation has no grace or decorum in him whatsoever. AVOID AVOID AVOID, RUDE VETS. No I will not remove this review ever the public needs to see what kind of an individual Sinclair is. VILE I have worse words but I have to refrain from bad language."
