"Truly awful experience. Booked in advance only to be told on arrival that hotel wS full. Then was told they would pay for a hotel nearby as it was their mistake! Then changed there mind and said there may be room at a hotel on the other side of cardifff and they wouldn't be paying anything towards? Also I had to chase them for a refund. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE"

"Even though the hotel isn't open for the public for you to stay in you can still use the carpark for long stay flights from Cardiff Airport, went to book the car in today (12/06/22) and the receptionist Siàn was very helpful even explained to use the best way to get to the airport once we drop the car off in the morning (13/06/22). Would highly recommend using them for carpark."

"Arrived here to rest the head before flying off the next day. Staff welcoming was great and overall very professional and pro active. Lounge area is clean and tidy with staff quite often walking around cleaning tables or pushing seats in, fixing menus. The room was well presented, clean and fresh. All essential bits and bobs like clean towels, clean bedding with the option of either a soft pillow or firmer one. Room also included a kettle, cups, tea bags and coffee. Bar prices are a little harsh on the pocket to be fair. For the room, breakfast and one week bay parking for £90 is very good. Will be booking the same again very soon. Great work."

"We stayed overnight for a morning flight, it is excellent for Cardiff airport. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean spacious rooms, comfy bed (great shower!). A shuttle bus took us to the airport and was waiting for us across the road from departures when we returned. We just parked up in the long stay area, took our keys with us and just drove off on return. The bar is great, good service and reasonable prices and the breakfast was more than adequate. Plenty of it. The only downside is the evening restaurant menu is very limited. We took the car and went out to eat, there are a few places nearby. Well worth the price for 2 weeks parking and overnight b&b."
