I had a really bad case of mould in my property and he was very efficient with getting in touch with the landlord and sorting temporary accommodation (hotel) for the night as I had travelled far. He was very supportive and reassured me that he will do whatever he can to ensure that this issue gets resolved although he was the only person in the office and finished at 1pm. We walked right into the office and Luke was very swift in bringing up all our options and made phone calls to the landlords themselves and other staff members not in the office to get the most up to date information.
