"We had a reasonably positive experience with Elizabeth Davenport. They marketed the property with good pictures and were quite good at keeping in touch with us. The staff were polite, friendly, professional and always keen to help. The house sold for exactly the price they valued it as, and in a good timescale for us. They were very good at letting us know when viewings were scheduled etc and managing that for us. My only complaints are that they were very slow at updating our sign to say "sold" and then when the buyer pulled out we had to phone them for it to be changed back to "for sale" as they didn't do it; and that I'm not sure they're viewings techniques are geared up to get the best price when compared to other estate agents we've seen."
