"Very good value for money, very convenient for the NEC, hearty cooked breakfast, very welcoming host, and the coffee machine in the kitchen was a big plus for us. We wondered if we'd be able to hear the nearby train line but we needn't have worried, lovely and quiet. Nice gardens too with an area to sit out in the Summer. Definitely our number 1 place t stay for NEC events from here on in."

"Really nice guesthouse. Jamie the host made me feel welcome. The room was nice with the bonus of a lounge and coffee machine that guests can also use. It's nice not to be stuck in one room all evening. Breakfast was also good, so I feel my stay offered good value for money and I would come here again."
