"Absolutely shameful for a hotel, no breakfast as stated on booking.com , no tea or coffee facilities, no wardrobe, no soap, tiny tv, nobody to greet you on arrival,no communal lounge as stated, no kettle or microwave,none existent WiFi on top floor where we were, booked for 2nights, wish we hadn't bothered, ruined our break away, no dining area as advertised, very small bed for a couple, sewerage smell all night, the list goes on..... Do not bother staying here save your money,and book anywhere else but here,overpriced, and very very dissapointing. Honestly say the location was the only good thing as its 2minute walk from the beach."

"Won't be going back and won't be recommending to friends or family .. small room no tea or coffee facilities no hosts to greet or meet sewer smell from smallest ensuite TV wasn't the best either have owned bigger tablets no WiFi as stated absolutely appalled overpriced for what was advertised steer clear at all costs .."

"The stay was OK not happy about that they have photos showing that they have tea and coffee, facilities, but actually don't. The guest house is something that is for lads on your sort of thing. Wasn't happy that you have to share a shower and toilet facilities, there was enough spare in our room for it own bathroom. I will rate the guest house 1 star. I won't be staying her again."

"Grim and Depressing. Do not waste your hard earned money to stay here. Bathroom dirty. Bed with springs sticking into your back. Not even the facility to make a cup of tea or coffee, after 5 and a half hours travel . Not a guest house, stay home if this is your only option of accommodation in Weston super mare. Grim and Depressing."

"Lovely guest house with wonderful service, short walk from the sea, we had three comfortable nights, my only niggle is the WiFi was weak to non-exisitent on the 2nd floor, a booster would help. I would stay again."
