"Had to cancel on arrival full refund was processed easy. The Room wasn’t a double as booked and at top level along a lot of stair’s & corridors unsuitable for our mobility needs & potential risk in emergencies. Looked clean & tidy & we did have drinks & food later after finding another hotel nearby"

"Staff were great but disappointed when wanting a vegan cheese based pizza as advertised on the menu there was no cheese available. The bathroom shower screen didn’t close properly so leaked over the floor, the toilet seat was loose & full length mirror was missing with the screws still protruding out of the wall."

"Room was clean and properly equipped. The wifi was awful, I was there for 3 nights. The food, and food service was more like a school dining room and not a very clean one either. Breakfast was good. Evenings were not. The carvery was passable with some very strange vegetable concoctions. Tried something from the menu , waited 45 minutes for it and it was outstandingly bad! Will never go there.... ever, again"
