"We recently stayed at the Draycote Hotel prior to my daughter’s wedding the following day. Quite a few rooms were booked and I would especially like to thank Christine for her assistance both before our stay and during the time we were there. All the staff went out of their way to make the evening special for us all, even arranging a private room for us all for dinner ( there were 24 of us). We were made to feel so welcome by everyone and “lovely Ian” deserves a special mention for all his help throughout. You all really made the start of the wedding weekend amazing and we so appreciated everything you did to make our stay so brilliant. Also, the food was lovely, all beautifully presented and the rooms were all very comfortable. Thank you all very much!"

"We went for our Christmas day meal. Great experience from start to finish. All staff were very attentive particularly Ian who greeted us on arrival and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout . We were not rushed, the food was excellent & having the before & after room for drinks made the day even more special and comfortable. Thank you to Jo Billings for ensuring all our particular requirements were met. We will definitely consider returning next year. Thank you."

"The experience was superb, from the time we checked in, stayed, and checked out.. staffs gave us a warm welcome, very nice staffs… the ambiance of the hotel was really welcoming, the fireplace at the lobby, the bar, and the restaurant..it was quite .. we love it.. the only thing my partner was quietly didn’t like the bed, he wished was more comfortable to him.. but it was okey for me.. we love the stay.. the breakfast was free , it surprised us since in booking it doesn’t say it’s included with the room rate. But then it was free buffet breakfast.. was good"
