"Advertas open on a Saturday but was closed!"

"Absolutely useless, today despite the prescription sent over yesterday it still would not be ready until 6pm tonight which is far too late for me to get back from Skipton. They close at 6:30 pm and do not open Saturday at all!!! So I have now switched to the Dalesway pharmacy which is open on a Saturday 7:30am until 9pm and just accross the road from this useless branch of Boots. This is not the only time this has happened and its through my own lazyness that i havnt changed earlier...sheer incompetence at its finest."

"During the Covid-19 lockdown my mum who is 90 so can't go out needed a temporary filling. I phoned a lovely lady at Boots at Canalside who had it in stock, and offered to take it up to her during her lunch break. Amazing service - thank you."
