"It is the worst student accommodation in Leicester. Heater, boiler fails everytime and the landlord doesn't care. Had to suffer in the cold months of dec and January without room heater. Toilet the worst, the bowel flooded after every use. Indian landlord who seems to be very nice initially but really bad when it I started staying. Just left the place!!! When I came the washing machine, burner and frigdge where not working, had to wait a month to get it fixed. Please be careful before taking this property. 10 Woodford Rd LE2 7AQ"
