"Went there on Sunday (0 people waiting) because I got so unwell over the weekend (after fighting flu for a week) I could barely breathe with blood coming down from my nose and the staff member was very rude and dismissive and told me to drive to Coventry A&E and wait 7 hours there so that they can make an appointment for me back in Rugby with a GP. What a joke, I couldn’t drive there and wait so long even if I wanted to, I would pass out."

"Brilliant service, my wife was treated for a dog bite today . The staff in both the centre and x-ray were friendly, professional , efficient and caring. The whole service including x-ray and pharmacy was less than 2 hours.We can’t thank you enough."

"Apparently doesn't accept under 5s- there's no signs I could find saying so. Also urgent care but you have to take your son to Coventry as we don't see under 5s... Ridiculous"

"There's nothing urgent or caring about this place. They seem to think that a sprained ankle is way more important than someone with a blood pressure of 204/97. Obviously they'd rather see someone have a stroke or heart attack than do something to help."
