"What an exceptional kind caring team of people. My father in law got very poorly whilst we were away and we needed to get back to the U.K. urgently so we called Kathryn and she connected us with the right people to get us home safely. She even checked in with us the morning we were expected home to check we got back safely. You don’t get service like that very often anymore.
