"Very good department store with easy car parking. Christmas displays look great. We had a very nice lunch in the restaurant. Architecturally looks good. Very conveniently situated at the end of the Highcross Centre near the cinema etc"
"Spacious store, well presented. Popped into the cafe for a drink and ended up having lunch. Good choice of toasties or hot food and a nice selection of cake. My friend had to order her decaf coffee on the middle station and collect it from the back station so maybe they could have decaf options on all stations. Other than that it was a good experience."

"A giant store, almost a full shopping centre all in itself. It has many levels with various departments, from clothes, to furniture, to electronics and more. The great thing about this one is the location, right in the centre of town, attached to the Highcross Shopping Centre. A great positive is that this store pretty much has its own parking. You can walk straight from the car park into the store, or carry on into the square."
