"Order took nearly a week to even be dispatched! Emailed them asking for a refund as I’d ordered elsewhere instead but they took it upon themselves to dispatch straight away and tell me I couldn’t have a refund, as it’s sent. They didn’t actually hand over to Royal Mail for another couple of days though. I told them to cancel and they refused, telling me I needed to return at my own expense, plus lose the delivery cost. I told them before dispatch to cancel so that’s absolutely ridiculous. If you want your items quickly AVOID. Once they’ve got your money they couldn’t care less. I won’t use again."

"I ordered 3 weeks ago now and I still have had nothing. I work in customer service too and really understand the strikes going on and read the banner. But now it's three weeks heading to a month and still nothing. I've emailed them and they didn't say anything about the strikes just that they sent it. I've left a trust pilot and nothing back and I can see they reply to people. I've tried ringing them 3 times the past 3 days and no answer and I'm now frustrated. It appears they do not care I've been loyal for a couple of months now and have given up a considerable amount of my money and I feel abit shafted. I order because its cheaper and I don't have to buy elf bars which cost more and more frequent. I'm annoyed at the lack of acknowledgement. I'm not angry about the strikes but were now on 3 weeks and I'm out of pocket and haven't received them yet. I don't mind waiting but three weeks with no acknowledgement apology and no replies and I'm now angry. 3 weeks is too much time and I still can't get a reply. Quite disappointed"

"Ordered a vape lasted 2days and then didn't work took it to a vape shop and he said it's faulty and that brand are rubbish! And always have issues with them ones sent it back took them over a week to actually sort it and give me a refund was excuse after excuse I will never be going to this shop again!"

"Ordered early Fri. Got shipped email Saturday. Tues night I emailed saying if its not shipped please cancel. Wed morning I get a RM email saying they have received the package. I'm away thursday to Sunday so 6 days to send and I wont get it till Monday. Awesome service. Never using them again"

"Paid for next day delivery, got a message saying it was out for delivery today. Didn't turn up until 3 days later. Now the vape I purchased was stolen out the packaging - So im 20 quid out of pocket"
