"Coockoo Bean, our Biewer Terrier, travelled 13000 km from SouthAfrica - Oliver Tambo to Doha to Gatwick to kennelling at Heathrow Animal Receiving Centre. She has the finest fur that knots. She becomes snappy and nasty when her fur is tangled. In South Africa she had a dreadful grooming experience - pooping like a water pistol out of terror. Her last groomer in Boskruin, Johannesburg calmed her down somewhat. On arriving in East Molesey I procrastinated and Coo’s fur grew to tangle - length before I secured a Pet Club appointment. I was stressed myself in a new country and Ria proved to be the kindest and most welcoming human, whist dealing with traumatised COO professionally and kindly. Coos styling has, in her 8 year life, never looked so beautiful - eliciting compliments wherever she goes! Happily we have made it to a regular appointment schedule. I love my entertaining exchanges with Ria and appreciate the fact that she is willing to dash to the car to drop COO through the car window when we have parking challenges. Highly recommended!"

"Ria offers a caring and safe one-to-one service for her canine clients. We had to find a new groomer for our elderly shih tzu when our long standing one moved and were very nervous about this, but the level of attention Ria gave our dog to make her feel comfortable was amazing. The haircuts were always gorgeous too, I was always being stopped by small dog owners to ask where I had got her done! We now have a tiny new puppy who I feel confident will be given the best of care to ease him into regular grooming."

After seeing the Pet Club open nearby in Hampton Court last year we thought we'd give it a try and we're so glad we did. Ria is brilliant with our Schnauzer and she pulls me in through the door every time with excitement to see her. Ria's able to strike a balance between a breed-standard groom and something that stands up well to a dog who loves to swim and play.
