"I have a Wickes kitchen supplied by Gower . Terrible customer service & avoid this company like the plague. 18mth complaint & numerous kitchen doors supplied all substandard and faulty stock. Which company supplies good items that do not carry a stock number !!!!! When will managment learn that without outstanding customer service you are dead in the water."

"I cant praise customer services at Gower highly enough. Emma and Helen are lovely ladies. I had an accident with part of my new kitchen and I asked Gower to help.They responded extremely fast, and with professionalism and courtesy and treated me like a human being. You are an exceptional team Thank you so much!! Oh and of course I love my beautiful Cashmere Paris kitchen, it's well made, beautifully crafted and designed, and makes me smile each time I walk into my kitchen. I would reccomend you highly to everyone. Once again, Thank you very, very much !!!!"

"Terrible customer service. NO STAR RATING. Purchased a very expensive kitchen through Wickes from this company, with a supposed 10 year warranty (this is a lie) we have a problem with 5 doors becoming warped. After a lot of emails and them initially denying any fault they replaced with 'new' doors 3 times. We now have 15 doors which are faulty and suspect they are sending out rejects to us as none carried a stock number.. We have returned samples of the replacement doors to Wickes who admit there is a fault with the manufacture, (the gloss finish is pitted), but Gower refuse to come out to store to view them stating that there isn't any problem. How can they say this when the doors were rejected by one of Wickes own fitters and the store itself. Absolute joke"

"I got a problem with the kitchen unit that I bought through Travis Perkins. I called the number on the installation manual. And I've just found out, it is Gower Furniture. The customer service team listened to my problem and solved it. It was a manufacturing defect, that there was a wrong size base for the drawer in the packaging. They sent the replacement very quickly. Recommended."
