"Really shoddy shoe cabinet purchased through Groupon from this company. The pull out shoe storage keeps collapsing. I have fixed it 6 times so far. I decided to contact the company, who didn’t read my email properly. They said as it was faulty on delivery I should have contacted them then and that there is nothing they can do now.. I didn’t say it was faulty on delivery, I said it kept falling apart! Do not buy, this cabinet is not fit for purpose and customer services are really unhelpful!"

"Awful products and absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A pack that was entirely mislabelled, with missing parts and no interest from them whatsoever and had no interest in helping supply missing hinges/screws that mean we can'tfinish putting it together. Lassic has been a brilliant waste of my time and money. I will not give them another penny."
