"Driving northbound on the M5 on Thursday 8th September at around 22:50, A rapyal van comes up behind me going way over the 50 mph posted speed limit. When I have finished overtaking the other vehicles I pull back in and he pushes past straight away before I've even fully left that lane, as he passes I raise my hand to say what's your problem to which he replies by sticking his middle finger up at me and then attempts to try and run me off the road by swerving across into my lane and then getting in front brake checking me before speeding off going way over the posted speed limit. This driver is rude and a danger to the public. As a professional driver in a large vehicle he should seriously be thinking more carefully about his actions. They need to be pulled up on this before they cause a serious accident or worse."

"I had an exceptional experience with staff when I came in to get a new mattress after a bit of a family emergency due to covid. I was greeted as soon as I came in, and having explained my requirements due to a family member suffering from sciatica, I was offered a few options. The gentleman that was dealing with me was very knowledgeable but unfortunately had to hand of to a colleague as I caught him as he was about to go on his break, sorry! Professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended and appreciate all the time they took to explain to me all their different types of mattresses to suit sciatica. 10/10 would buy from here again."

"Friendly staff in store. I was given a date for delivery. She said I would get a call when my order was on its way. The day came and I was woken at 7am by a very rude delivery driver. 'We tried calling but got no answer'... so instead of calling a while later, at a more reasonable hour, he just turned up, 2 minutes since the call had been made. He made no apology, just dumped the mattress in the hallway and left. Certainly won't order from here again!"

"Do not purchase goods from this store! I purchased an electric stove from their website at the beginning of October and still waiting for it to be delivered! Terrible customer service and haven't been able to contact them for 2 days now as both numbers go straight to voicemail. I have left a number of messages but no one has bothered to get back to me. I just want my money back and wish I had purchased elsewhere!"
