"Came in to collect a parcel that was not there. While I accept this isn't their fault (they sent is back due to no name being on the parcel), both people I spoke to (elderly, assume owners of store) were very rude and abrupt and would not let me try speak really. I will not be using them in future unless I want to be ignored and berated for trying to sort things out."
