"Only barber I use in penarth been to pretty much all of them but will always get the trim you want and they stick to the opening times displayed. Friendly father and son run barbers who keep the shop clean and hold to reasonable prices. There’s a shop just across the road if you wanna grab a drink while you wait so pretty much everything thing you could want."
