They informed me they will call back soon to reschedule after the skin test but haven't received a call after 2 days now. Plus, a wasted train journey. Very unprofessional!"

"Good prices for a inner-city haircut. I always book ahead in case there's a rush on in town (which does happen from time to time), but there's always a welcoming atmosphere here. The owner and the staff are always friendly and polite, willing to have a bit of chat and laugh as you're getting your mop washed and chopped, though you can also sit back and listen to radio 1 over the airwaves."
