"A week after been in Cardiff shop, my scalp is still very painful. The hairdresser had plow my scalp with her brush and was so brute. Firstly during shampoo, I had to ask for a towel to dry my face then during the cut she was pulling my hair and the blow dry was not pleasant. Not recommended"
