"Absolutely brilliant salon! Staff were all amazing, so welcoming, friendly and keen to help. My hair looks fabulous, Juancho is great at what he does, listened completely and amazed me with how great my hair looks. The salon is decorated incredibly, it’s very calming modern and beautiful to be within, everything and more that you’d want from a salon. The price is extremely reasonable, I was very impressed! My hair has never felt so good, I’m very fussy with my hair and can 100% say I trust Juancho with my hair. I’m so delighted with my hair, cannot recommend more!!"

"WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I’d had some slight damage from a previous salon 3.5 months before and was assured that my hair was totally ok to colour as the colour was only being put on my roots, however after the toner was applied I was informed the colour went wrong whilst sat at the basin, something else was then put on my hair to ‘remove’ the ‘patchy’ colour.. I was informed when I asked if it had peroxide in that it didn’t and was nothing but wonderful conditioning ingredients…after being taken back to the stylist chair I could clearly see that the top of my hair was left like stretchy chewing gum, snapping off & frizzy.. I was so shocked I could barely say anything as the stylist realise did noticed the extensive damage to my hair she started crying & believe it or not I felt sorry for her and asked another member of staff to come over to console her, I said nothing but kind words to her as I did not want to see her cry (I’m far too soft) I held back my tears as two of them tried to dry my hair and flatten the breakage & frizz, afterwards I headed to the reception where I was still charged £50 for the mess THEY caused, at this point they did NOT offer to book me back in for treatments to try to sort the mess out, I left there absolutely distraught at the state they’d left my hair in, it is totally ruined! I called the following morning still being very polite and was told to go in that day, I was given a treatment and the owner attempted to cut some of the frizz off to no avail.. I was given shampoo/conditioner to take home as a gesture & booked in for another treatment 4 WEEKS LATER..(should of been weekly I was advised by another salon owner due to the extent of the damage) upon arrival the owner tried to blame the damage on the previous salon & would not accept nor take responsibility that it was one of her staff that had totally ruined my hair, she said well this area of your hair wasn’t like that when you left here (lifting the front section of my hair that now resembles a fringe a 3yr old has hacked at) all excuses were made from washing my hair in warm water, to drying my hair on warm heat and using straighteners on a couple of occasions that I’ve had to try and smooth the frizz just so I could go out without being stared & laughed at .. the salon owner could NOT give a damn at how I’ve been left feeling and had another member of staff put a K18 treatment on and dry my hair (he was lovely) she did not come over to see how my hair was afterwards and they arranged NO further treatments for my totally ruined hair, I’ve been told I cannot put any colour on it for at least 6MONTHS, must only wash my hair in cold water, dry it on a cold setting and use an expensive K18 treatment (I must buy myself) to try to restore my hair. I find how I’ve been treated absolutely disgusting, she should be totally embarrassed to treat a customer the way she has, she just did not care & was more interested that I still paid £50 costs (utterly shocking) my hair isn’t even the right colour, I was told to wear it in a ponytail.. Absolute joke. I was nothing but polite both times I’ve been in the salon even though she could not care how she’s treated me and I now feel stupid for consoling her member of staff that ruined my hair who has 6yrs salon experience whom I put my trust in & now have to walk around with completely snapped/frizzy hair which I cannot hide as it’s on the top of my head!! So upset, hurt & humiliated by their lack of customer care."
