"I went to get a manicure with shellac polish today, and the lady doing my nails was being rough with my manicure i told her it was hurting me so she was aware. Once the manicure and nail polish was done i told her it looks a bit funny but she didnt say much. I realised the issue when i went out to get cash and saw my nails in the daylight the nail polish wasnt even on all nails, it was also lumpy and she over cut the skin on my cuticles that my thumb is now raw pink on the side and she tried to make excuses but i get these regularly elsewhere and this never happens. She was not open to listening to my concerns but just kept getting defensive of me as if i was in the wrong. Definitely will not be going back"

"Rude customer service. The oriental guy does not like feedback. He tried drying my friends nails when there was a strand of hair on it. When it was raised he started shouting and pointing his fingers in our faces telling us to shut up. Disgusting customer service and I wouldn’t t advise anyone to get their nails done from here."
