"I had my first bespoke facial with Kat a couple of days ago. The first part of the appointment was a very thorough chat about my usual skin care routine, which products I was currently using, my general health and my skin concerns. I explained to Kat that I'd always had oily skin.After this Kat examined my skin and noticed that the products I was using were too harsh for my skin, which in turn made my skin produce more oil. Kat also pointed out how dehydrated my skin was.I had no idea! She then gave me a quick science lesson on skin care and moved onto my facial. It was amazing! Kat is extremely professional, she made sure I was comfortable and at each stage of the facial explained what she was applying to my skin and why. I had the most relaxing Russian face massage too! I was there for two hours and at no point did it feel rushed, Kat seems to generally love what she does. By the time my facial was finished, my skin was glowing! Kat advised me to try some different products better suited to my skin type and my face feels amazing. I've had several compliments already and my friends are keen to book in for treatments too. I was feeling quite run down/stressed last week but I left my appointment with Kat feeling like a million dollars. I'd absolutely recommend her and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. :)"
