"The rudest experience at any salon EVER, my grandmother made an appointment to have her hair cut yesterday at 12pm. She arrived early and was completely ignored, she sat and waited patiently for someone to acknowledge her but she was completely ignored the WHOLE time. I cannot believe the disgusting treatment, well lack of acknowledgment really, she received."
