"Alright at doing hair but massively overpriced even for hair stylists with limited experience! Also the salon is a tad bit pretentious and had the stylist complain about students whilst she was doing my hair (despite me being a student). A bit unprofessional to complain about your clientele whilst you're doing their hair. Thankfully I found another hairdresser a few months later who is down-to-earth and actually talked to me whilst she did my hair and asked for my opinion."

My hair colour is now gorgeous and I intend to make Pure my regular salon. The lovely apprentice Lucy, was able to recommend products for my fine hair while she gave me a luxurious hair wash. "I called to discuss having bright colours like pinks and purples done was told they do these colours and asked if I could have it done by a trainee was told to come in for patch test and consultation when I went in I showed picks and was told that the styles I had were OK for trainee to do and booked in I arrived for my appointment and was told the styles were too advanced they would need to strip my hair wich they didn't have Time for and they didn't have the main colour I'd previously inquired if they had and was told yes. Completely wasted my time and money as I'd payed for enough parking to cover the appointment and I'm having to colour myself for my 30th birthday shan't be using this place again"
